Who we are

Singhasan is an independent house in Mumbai, India, founded by Jitendra Singh, dealing in jewellery, gemstones and timepieces. Information you share

When you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, we may receive your name, phone number, messages and any photos or other details you send. We use this information to answer your enquiry, discuss pieces, prices and availability, and follow up on a request you make. Please do not send payment card details or other sensitive information in a chat.

The website itself has no enquiry form. Simply viewing a page does not send us a WhatsApp message. The search box works within your browser; what you type into it is not sent to us.

Website data and cookies

The current website uses local storage to remember your light or dark display setting on this device. This is a display preference, not an advertising cookie. No analytics have been added to the current site. We will update this policy if that changes. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the site. WhatsApp and service providers

WhatsApp is an external service operated by Meta. If you open an enquiry link or send a message, your use of WhatsApp is subject to its own privacy terms. Cloudflare provides website hosting. We do not share your enquiry chats with others to help run the business. Your messages are handled through WhatsApp, and information may be disclosed if the law requires it.

Keeping information and your choices

Enquiry messages may remain in WhatsApp so we can respond and refer back to the conversation. We do not promise a fixed retention period here. You can ask us to review, correct or delete the information we hold about your enquiry, or ask us to stop contacting you, by messaging the WhatsApp number above. We will consider your request, subject to any legal obligations to keep records.

Security and updates

We use WhatsApp for enquiries and Cloudflare for site delivery. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy if the website or our practices change. The date above shows the latest version.
